Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team at Invesco EMEA. As a key member of our Global Distribution Services Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our regulatory reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical SME on UCITS KIID and PRIIP KID regulations, providing insights into regulatory requirements and staying up-to-date with changes to relevant regulations.
  • Take a leading role in the KID/KIID/EMT/EPT BAU activities, ensuring quality control checks are embedded and providing robust and timely management information and metrics.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot process and data issues, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Act as the SME on regulatory driven or internal enhancements and projects impacting KID/KID/EMT/EPT production, dissemination, and oversight.
  • Monitor outsourcing providers, lead weekly calls, quarterly reviews, and coordinate with the Delegation Oversight team to ensure SLA adherence.
Requirements
  • Significant experience within the asset management industry, preferably in a relevant product regulatory reporting role.
  • Extensive knowledge of UCITS KIID and PRIIP KID regulations, as well as other EMEA client regulations (Solvency II, CRR, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail, proactive, and able to work on own initiative with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both with clients and internally, and highly team-oriented with a willingness to share best practices.
