In the role of Senior Audit and Accounting Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing audits, preparing financial reports, and delivering insightful recommendations to our clients. This position offers the chance to engage with a varied client base and significantly impact the growth and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform audits of financial reports to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
  • Generate precise and timely financial statements for clients.
  • Detect any financial risks or discrepancies and propose solutions for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect information and finalize audit procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to clarify audit results and offer guidance.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Support the training and development of junior staff members.
  • Participate in internal projects and initiatives aimed at fostering continuous improvement.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA or ACCA certification.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in auditing and accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in audit software and MS Office applications.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Able to function effectively within a team environment.
  • Client-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
