Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Revenue Strategy & Operations professionals in the EMEA region, driving alignment and performance across revenue-generating teams.
  • Develop and execute EMEA GTM planning cycles, including target setting, incentive plans, and territory management.
  • Drive analysis of EMEA GTM performance, providing regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Own the EMEA revenue forecasting model and methodology, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance EMEA GTM productivity and commercial performance, including pricing strategies.
  • Manage EMEA GTM tooling, including Salesforce, and associated territory, account, and lead management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in defining and executing sales-led go-to-market strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in standard GTM tools, including Salesforce, Looker, and Excel.
  • Ability to think strategically, considering multiple markets and short- and long-term horizons for our business.
  • Intellectual curiosity, with a desire to learn our product and understand business performance drivers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
