Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Revenue Strategy & Operations professionals in the EMEA region, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market planning cycles, including target setting, incentive plans, and territory management.
  • Drive analysis of EMEA GTM performance, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Own the EMEA revenue forecasting model and methodology, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance EMEA GTM productivity and commercial performance, including pricing strategies.
  • Manage our GTM tooling, including Salesforce, to optimize territory, account, and lead management.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in defining and executing sales-led go-to-market strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Robust analytical skills, with expertise in standard GTM tools, including Salesforce, Looker, and Excel.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze multiple markets and short- and long-term horizons for our business.
  • Intellectual curiosity, with a passion for learning our product and understanding business performance drivers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
