Forsyth Barnes Seeks Vice President of Licensing

Forsyth Barnes is delighted to be retained by a leading governing body in the world of sport to find a Vice President of Licensing. This role will involve working closely with the Brand & Marketing team to reinforce the brand position and reach through newly launched Licensing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development team to create new commercial opportunities and manage partners.
  2. Oversee the administration of contracts and stay attuned to market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize current initiatives.
  3. Work with the Brand & Marketing team to develop and implement Licensing programs that drive brand growth and revenue.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to ensure the successful delivery of Licensing programs.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10 years experience in Licensing programs management with a governing body, sports marketing agency, team, or event.
  2. Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration.
  3. Strong understanding of digital asset packaging, development, pricing, reporting, tracking, and optimization.
  4. Experience in Brand management and multi-channel Marketing campaigns.
  5. Ability to plan, track, and report commercial ROI figures to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
