Coburg Banks Limited is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the full sales process, from generating new contacts to aftercare once a package is in place.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially aware and has strong sales and partnership-building skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working within/with complex care, social care or NHS sectors and be familiar with ICBs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential commissioners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the operational and clinical teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Monitor and review progress against targets.

  • A competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum (OTE £95,000) + travel allowance.
