Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  • To lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • To manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • To provide leadership and direction to the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a business development role.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits and Salary

The salary for this position is estimated at around £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a range of benefits including a pension scheme, professional memberships, and flexible working arrangements.
