Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to work as Healthcare Support Workers, providing permanent night shifts on our mental health wards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of patients with various mental health and clinical needs. As a member of our dedicated team, you will work closely with service users, their families, and carers to deliver person-centred care according to individual care plans under the supervision of registered staff.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues within the multidisciplinary team. This vacancy is for night shifts only, with a requirement to attend face-to-face sessions for essential training and induction during day shifts. We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Havant, Southampton, and Basingstoke.
