Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing and Risk Manager to join our team and contribute to promoting a safe and healthy working environment for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage and coordinate health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across all operations.
  • To develop and implement robust health and safety policies, procedures and safe systems.
  • To conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • To investigate and report on accidents, incidents and near misses.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a strong health and safety culture.

Compensation: £39,000 - £44,000 per annum
