Strategic Workforce Planning Opportunity

Morgan Law is excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as Deputy Director of Workforce Planning & Systems at one of its esteemed clients, a London-based NHS Trust.

This newly created position demands a high degree of expertise in strategic workforce planning, providing specialist advice and insight to the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new models of care, necessitating collaboration across organisational and professional boundaries.

A minimum salary of £80,000 per annum is available for this position, commensurate with the trust's reputation and Morgan Law's commitment to delivering exceptional service.

As a valued member of the team, you will enjoy flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days on-site work per week.

Candidates must have extensive experience in leading workforce planning in large, complex organisations, ideally within the NHS, and holding corporate responsibility for Workforce Systems and services at a Head of level or higher.
