Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Supervisor to join our team in Bishop's Stortford. As a key member of our treasury operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily activities of the ESSC Treasury Operations Team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Bank Reconciliations and Payments

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of bank reconciliations, payments, and general ledger entries.

Manage Trade Finance Instruments

Release trade finance instruments, including DC, CAD, CAA, and LC, and handle supplier guarantees, escalating issues as necessary.

Coordinate Payment Processing

Process AP runs, payroll, and one-off payments within online banking platforms.

Address Daily Treasury Queries

Ensure effective communication within the team and address daily treasury queries.

Support Internal and External Audit Requests

Support internal and external audit requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prepare Balance Sheet FX Exposure Reports

Prepare balance sheet FX exposure reports and propose actions to mitigate risks.

Ensure Team Meets KPIs and Timetables

Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and timetables.

Contribute to Policy Development and Implementation

Contribute to the development, maintenance, and implementation of treasury policies.

Assist in Cash-Flow Forecasting and Consolidation

Assist in cash-flow forecasting and consolidation for European entities.

Handle Bank Administration and Regulatory Reporting

Handle bank administration and regulatory reporting as required.

Support the Treasury Manager on Assigned Projects

Support the Treasury Manager on assigned projects, ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Priorities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery.

Relevant Experience in Cross-Border Treasury Operations

Relevant experience in cross-border treasury operations, including trade finance and cash management.

Strong Attention to Detail and Proactive Problem-Solving Skills

Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Experience in Leading Teams and Achieving Targets Under Pressure
