About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Supervisor to join our team at Insite Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily activities of our Treasury Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bank Reconciliation and Payment Processing: Supervise the timely and accurate delivery of bank reconciliations, payments, and general ledger entries.
  • Trade Finance and Supplier Management: Manage the release of trade finance instruments and handle supplier guarantees, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Payment Coordination and Treasury Queries: Coordinate payment processing, including AP runs, payroll, and one-off payments within online banking platforms, and address daily treasury queries.
  • Internal and External Audit Support: Support internal and external audit requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Balance Sheet FX Exposure and Reporting: Prepare balance sheet FX exposure reports and propose actions to mitigate risks.
  • Team Performance and Policy Development: Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and timetables, and contribute to policy development, maintenance, and implementation.
  • Cash-Flow Forecasting and Consolidation: Assist in cash-flow forecasting and consolidation for European entities.
  • Bank Administration and Regulatory Reporting: Handle bank administration and regulatory reporting as required.
  • Project Support: Support the Treasury Manager on assigned projects.
Requirements
  • Proven Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Relevant Treasury Experience: Relevant experience in cross-border treasury operations.
  • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and Relationship Building: Experience in leading teams and achieving targets under pressure, and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
