About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join our team at a luxury hotel in Essex. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of all conference and banqueting events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Conference and Banqueting Manager in all aspects of event planning and execution
  • Oversee the setup and management of conference and banqueting events, including room layouts, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or events environment
  • High level of customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
