Insite Finance is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily activities of our Treasury Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Supervise bank reconciliations, payments, and general ledger entries to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Trade Finance: Manage the release of trade finance instruments and handle supplier guarantees, escalating issues as necessary.
- Payment Processing: Coordinate payment processing, including accounts payable runs, payroll, and one-off payments within online banking platforms.
- Team Management: Address daily treasury queries, ensure effective communication within the team, and support internal and external audit requests.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare balance sheet FX exposure reports and propose actions to optimize cash flow.
- Team Performance: Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and timetables.
- Policy Development: Contribute to policy development, maintenance, and implementation.
- Cash Flow Management: Assist in cash-flow forecasting and consolidation for European entities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle bank administration and regulatory reporting as required.
- Project Support: Support the Treasury Manager on assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Relevant experience in cross-border treasury operations.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading teams and achieving targets under pressure.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
