About the Job
This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.64, plus benefits, including enhanced sick pay, discounted hearing and eyecare benefits, and opportunities for career progression. As an Optical Assistant, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge in optics and business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Collaborate with Opticians and Dispensing Technicians to handle stock, process orders, and support daily tasks.
  3. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
  4. Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need some prior experience in the optical industry, be confident in your abilities, and possess excellent communication skills. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
