About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Support Administrator to join our West Hallam-based Fleet Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer vehicle orders, quoting on car and commercial vehicles, and working with multiple vehicle brand systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process customer vehicle orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Quote on car and commercial vehicles for multiple brands
  • Work with our wider group companies to ensure seamless operations
  • Liaise with customers and lease companies to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Communicate with third parties to arrange deliveries and services
  • Check vehicle availabilities and respond to customer inquiries
  • Complete routine administrative tasks from order to delivery

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
