Job Title: RF Engineer

About the Role:

  • Conduct research and development of low Technology Readiness Level (TRL) projects, driving innovation and advancing our capabilities in RF engineering.
  • Investigate and define RF/Communication system architectures and protocols, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Plan and conduct studies in communication technologies, including SDR, RF, and IP, to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
  • Support system integration and test activities, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Support the verification of system requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
  • Capture stakeholder and system requirements, using your expertise to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement.
  • Model system design components, using your knowledge of RF systems and electronics to optimize performance and efficiency.

As a senior/lead engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead technical activities and initiatives, driving innovation and advancing our capabilities in RF engineering. You will also have the chance to act as Design Authority and mentor other engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow and develop.

About You:

  • Experience with communication systems, IP communication, modulation techniques, and software-defined radio.
  • Knowledge of electronics assembly and testing, RF systems, and low-power RF hardware.
  • Specializations in digital signal processing, RF systems, electro-optic systems, and more.
  • Experience in systems engineering specialisms, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices that underpin our work.
