We are looking for an Organizational Governance Specialist to join our team at AWE Plc. The successful candidate will oversee the People Functions governance and manage the People Plan on behalf of the People Director. This role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 depending on experience and includes standard AWE benefits.

Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain the People strategy programme
* Track and report on progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics and identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues
* Collaborate with the People Insights team, TA to Chief People & Places Officer (CPPO) and Finance and enterprise Portfolio Management stakeholders, produce timely and high-quality reports to meet People Director and CPPO requirements, intended for a range of audiences including board level
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within People & Places function, across the enterprise, and where appropriate with external parties

Requirements:
* Degree in relevant field or the equivalent in experience
* Proven experience in people operations, programme management, governance, and executive reporting (or equivalent in complexity and audience expectations)
* Highly effective project management, planning and organising skills, using a methodical and analytical approach and a robust approach towards time and resource management
