We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support, enabling them to live fulfilling, independent lives.

You will assist individuals in daily activities, accompany them on trips into the community, and help them develop life skills. To drive our company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
