At Eden Futures, we are dedicated to providing person-centred care to those with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs.
We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of the individuals we support.
As a Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in activities.
We offer a comprehensive induction programme, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced members of our team. For those new to care, we will provide the support required to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role.
Roles are paid at an hourly rate (£11.44 per hour). The salary shown is as a per annum equivalent for information only. The higher rate is applicable to those aged 23 years and over and based on 42 hours per week. NLW applies and will be pro rata'd based on contracted hours.
