Care Support Specialist

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Care Support Specialist. You'll be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being. If you're a caring and considerate individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £13 per hour, consistent shifts, and mileage paid at 30p per mile. You'll also receive induction training, a 12-week mentorship program, and ongoing support to help you grow in your career. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the ability to work alternate weekends. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with customers. While previous experience in healthcare is preferred, we're happy to provide full training and development opportunities for those new to the industry.
