This exciting opportunity at an Outstanding School in Tower Hamlets is ideal for a passionate and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate looking to make a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs. As a key member of the support staff, you will work alongside qualified SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists to provide a supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis with children with various Special Educational Needs, tailoring their approach to suit each child's individual needs. This may involve employing functional communication and behavioural strategies to facilitate engagement in class activities, as well as assisting in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students' learning.

The role is based in Central East London, with excellent transport links making it easily accessible. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Clinical or Educational Psychologist to gain valuable experience in a rewarding and challenging environment.

Key details of the role include:

  • Full-time term time only position
  • Work alongside experienced SEN professionals and teachers
  • Paid weekly on a PAYE basis (estimated salary £420-£500 per week)
  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 20 UK University
  • Experience working with children with SEND is essential
