About the Role

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a relevant subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in understanding human behaviour and mental processes.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring the complexities of the mind.
