Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at W. R. Grace & Co. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining sales and technical relationships with customers, focusing on the oil refinery sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the CIS region and Eastern/Western Europe.
  • Providing expert technical support and guidance on our products and services.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including the Director of Technical Service and Marketing teams, to drive commercial strategies.
  • Traveling extensively within the assigned region (approximately 50%) to service customer needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • Fluency in Russian and English languages.
  • Educational background in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in refinery processes, economics, and KBC's FCC SIM simulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.

Additional qualifications include leadership and motivational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
