About the Role
We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our team as a Newly Qualified Social Worker. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in assessing and managing complex cases involving children and young people.
You will have a passion for improving the lives of children and young people, and be committed to continuously developing your social work practice. You will also have excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and have a strong understanding of current legislation and policy around child protection.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Social Work
- Pre-qualified children’s social care work experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of current legislation and policy around child protection
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure
