About the Role

As a bank support practitioner, you will be part of a team that makes a positive difference in people's lives. You will work with individuals who need support in their daily lives, helping them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

The role involves assisting individuals with various tasks, such as personal care, medical support, and practical assistance. This may include administering medication, assisting with showering and bathing, and supporting individuals with household tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our excellent training program, which includes classroom-based sessions, e-learning, and on-the-job training.

Requirements:

  • You must be a driver with a valid full UK manual driving licence.
  • You should be able to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if required.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
