Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Description:
In this role, you will work closely with service users to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized support plans that empower them to live independently. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to person-centred care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- No prior experience in care is required, as comprehensive training will be provided by our award-winning learning and development team
