Job Title: Senior Conference Producer/Manager at FinTech Global

We are an ambitious company looking to grow substantially over the next few years, and we are seeking a highly experienced conference producer to lead our portfolio of successful FinTech events.

This is a leadership role that requires outstanding skills in communications, project management, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience as a conference producer and be able to create and manage industry-leading business events.

The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), and we offer benefits including 25 days vacation and 8 national holidays.

Our offices are located in Bank, London, and we operate a hybrid work model. We value diversity, inclusion, and work/life balance, and we offer regular training events and seminars to support professional development.

The successful candidate will become a key member of our team, contributing to all areas of the business with ideas and suggestions for new products and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage industry-leading business events.
  • Oversee two other conference producers and contribute to the company's event strategy and business growth.
  • Develop and implement new event ideas and drive growth through research and insight-led agendas.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure impactful messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage speaker relationships and write compelling copy for promotional materials.
  • Contribute to all areas of the business with ideas and suggestions for new products and growth opportunities.
