Conference Producer Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced conference producer to lead our portfolio of successful FinTech events.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and fast-growing industry, with a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits including 25 days vacation and 8 national holidays.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience as a conference producer and outstanding skills in communications, project management, and relationship management.
You will be responsible for creating and managing industry-leading business events, overseeing two other conference producers, and contributing ideas to the company's event strategy and business growth.
Our offices are located in Bank, London, and we operate a hybrid work model. You will join a sociable and dynamic team with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and work/life balance.
We offer regular training events and seminars to support professional development and look for individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic about their work.
The successful candidate will become a key member of our team, contributing to all areas of the business with ideas and suggestions for new products and growth opportunities.
- Lead the creation and management of industry-leading business events.
- Oversee two other conference producers and contribute to the company's event strategy and business growth.
- Develop and implement new event ideas and drive growth through research and insight-led agendas.
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure impactful messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Manage speaker relationships and write compelling copy for promotional materials.
- Contribute to all areas of the business with ideas and suggestions for new products and growth opportunities.
