Lead Regional Occupational Therapist Position

Elysium Healthcare invites experienced Occupational Therapists to apply for a challenging and rewarding role leading our Occupational Therapy Service across the Midlands and Yorkshire regions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.

As a Regional Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing guidance and oversight to junior staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Recruit and develop talented Occupational Therapy staff.

To succeed as a Regional Lead Occupational Therapist, you must have:

  • Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience, with a proven track record of leadership and professional achievement.
  • HCPC registration and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Relevant sensory integration qualifications and certifications.
  • A valid UK driving license.
