We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to fill the role of Regional Occupational Therapy Lead and Sensory Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, leading, and developing the Occupational Therapy Service across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

About the Job

This is a senior-level position that requires a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist. You must have at least 6 years post-qualifying experience, be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist, hold relevant sensory practitioner qualifications, and possess a full and clean UK driving license.

Your Key Responsibilities

  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to the regional team regarding service development and workforce planning.">
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.">
  4. Support the recruitment and retention of Occupational Therapy staff across the region.">
  5. Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for Occupational therapy staff.">
