About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Specialist Practitioner Leader to join Mersey Care's clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical strategies that promote excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement clinical governance practices, ensuring a high-quality service based on agreed clinical standards.
  • Undertake measurement and evaluation of work, using evidence-based practice projects, audit, and outcome measures.
  • Participate in supervision schemes, demonstrating reflective practice and mentoring junior staff.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £41,849 - £50,066 per annum, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working options and career development opportunities.
