Join Our Team as a Scrub Specialist and Clinical Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Scrub Specialist and Clinical Leader at MediTalent Ltd. As a Senior Scrub / Practitioner / SFA Position in Central London, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and well-being throughout surgical procedures.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality care and maintain the highest standards of practice. Your key responsibilities will include providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members, collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices, ensuring compliance with NMC and HCPC regulations, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements:

- Valid NMC or HCPC registration
- Recent experience in a senior role, indicating expertise in perioperative care
