Job Title: Lead Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner Specialist to join our team at the University. As a specialist in therapeutic practice, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and providing leadership and guidance to our team of therapists.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to ensure effective care, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures. You will also be expected to provide training and support to junior staff members, and to participate in quality improvement initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,989 per annum (pro rata if part-time), plus benefits such as full-time or part-time hours considered up to a maximum of 1.0 FTE/37.5 hours.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £53,089, which is a starting point of £51,189, going up to £56,689 pro rata if part-time.
