Nursery Room Leaders play a crucial role in the development of our children, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and supported. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at an independent children's day nursery in Camden.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Room Leader to progress their career in a supportive working environment that values staff recognition and offers development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and play-based approaches
  • Leading a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the evaluation of the nursery's quality
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 or higher qualification in childcare or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursery setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
