About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ministry of Justice as a Finance and Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage the organization's information systems, including financial software and databases.
