The Economist Group LTD is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead our global internal communications programmes.

About the Role:

This position will involve serving as a trusted advisor to senior organisational stakeholders, creating engaging content for internal communication channels, and driving employee engagement and culture through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver on global internal communications programmes that inspire and engage colleagues
  • Create, review and write content for a variety of internal communication channels to engage and educate colleagues and managers
  • Drive employee engagement and culture through digital platforms (Slack, Intranet, events)
  • Evaluate the success of internal communications strategies undertaken and propose fresh approaches where needed
  • Audit, measure and reflect on communications programmes

Requirements:

  • Strong executive communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Extensive experience managing an intranet and developing content (written, video, visual)
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and project management
  • Self-starter with a flexible, collaborative, positive and professional demeanour

Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
