Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Lead to join our Internal Communications team at Knight Frank. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our internal communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and refine channel and content strategy to effectively reach and engage employees across various platforms.
  • Maintain and manage weekly content planner, prioritizing and optimizing communications in line with our strategic priorities and key campaigns.
  • Maintain and manage primary internal channels including collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure content remains up-to-date, consistent, and relevant.
  • Establish clear governance that drives efficiency and high-quality content and create processes to effectively run our channels and drive engagement.
  • Working with members of the Internal Comms team to help produce compelling and engaging content for key campaigns (written, multi-media, etc)
  • Manage the development and delivery of creative campaign and content plans including comms plans, writing copy, and deploying content across our channels, which lead to effective cascade, conversation, and engagement.
  • Develop best practice and track engagement metrics to enhance communication flow, frequency and success measures, and enhance overall channel effectiveness and engagement.
  • Review the effectiveness of campaigns, through qualitative and quantitative data. Provide data-led insight and actively looking for innovative ways to improve how we deliver communications to teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal communication tools and technologies, providing guidance and training to users and encourage 'self service'.
  • Work with the social media team, marketing team and external PR team to align relevant external comms activity with the internal comms plan and strategy.
  • Repurpose content as needed from our marketing/PR and research teams for the appropriate audiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in delivering compelling and exciting content across multiple platforms.
  • Experience of acting as a communications consultant with an understanding of how to define business-driven, results-oriented internal communications plans.
  • Confident, articulate with excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to engage and persuade varying stakeholders on complex subjects.
  • Exceptional inter-personal and networking skills, building positive relationships with across the business.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deal with pressure, prioritising and juggling a large workload.
