Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR agencies, and clients.
  • Solicit RFPs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sell online, offline, and bespoke advertising solutions across all Hypebeast platforms.
  • Create compelling sales propositions using consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights.
  • Understand client requirements, brief creative planning teams, and pitch creative proposals.
  • Coordinate with account servicing teams to ensure delivery of successful ad campaigns.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent Hypebeast at events and serve as a brand ambassador, communicating our core narratives and reinforcing our leading position in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of media sales experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong, existing relationships with mid/senior-level UK clients and agencies.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flawless presentation skills and the ability to lead strategic conversations that navigate the needs of Hypebeast and the client.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media business and agency partner requirements.
  • Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, highly creative organization.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
  • A drive for success at a personal, team, and corporate level.
