Are you a motivated and experienced administrative professional looking to develop your skills in a dynamic Wealth Management company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join our successful administration team in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in using IT software packages such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will act as the main point of contact for client queries, providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring a first-class service is delivered to internal and external parties.

About the Role
  • This role involves producing concise business correspondence, proofreading for grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and maintaining accurate records on our company software.
  • You will work closely with clients, representing the company professionally, and handle phone calls, enquiries, and requests where appropriate.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus benefits including 25 days holiday (rising with length of service) and corporate discounts.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Financial Planning firm.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
