Financial Administrator

- Maintaining accurate supplier accounts and ensuring timely payments and records as part of the Purchase Ledger.
- Processing card payments from clients over the telephone for Card Payments.
- Ensuring accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved during Bank Reconciliations.
- Managing staff expense claims through Expense Processing.
- Performing general financial housekeeping duties as part of Financial Administration.
- Providing credit control support to monitor and recover outstanding payments as required.
Estimated Salary: £26000 per annum.
About You- Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of purchase/sales ledger processes is essential.
- Proficiency with accounting software and strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are required.
