About the Role
  • Maintaining accurate supplier accounts and ensuring timely payments and records as part of the Purchase Ledger.
  • Processing card payments from clients over the telephone for Card Payments.
  • Ensuring accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved during Bank Reconciliations.
  • Managing staff expense claims through Expense Processing.
  • Performing general financial housekeeping duties as part of Financial Administration.
  • Providing credit control support to monitor and recover outstanding payments as required.

Estimated Salary: £26000 per annum.

About You
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of purchase/sales ledger processes is essential.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are required.
