Financial Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Crime Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to the Financial Crime Director and assist with various tasks related to internal governance and external regulatory reporting.
Key Functions:
- Coordinate internal governance and external regulatory reporting activities for the financial crime function
- Process and manage invoices and expenses for the financial crime function, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Develop and maintain departmental documentation and communications, including reports, presentations, and statistics
- Deliver professional support to internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Serve as the point of contact for the Financial Crime Director, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution
- Execute general secretarial and administrative duties, maintaining flexibility and confidentiality
- Support the Financial Crime Investigations team with article preparation and intelligence gathering
Essential Skills:
We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Ability to build effective relationships with staff at all levels and external contacts
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proactive approach to coordinating activities, assisting peers, and sharing knowledge
