As a detail-oriented Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial processes for CJCH Legal & Compliance Services. Your expertise in accounting software, such as Xero and Sage, will be essential in managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The company operates globally, with clients and partners in over 40 countries worldwide. You will be responsible for processing payments in multiple currencies and inter-company transactions across multiple companies in the group.

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration (3+ years)
  • Strong accounting skills, including AAT qualification or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken)

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
