Director of Business Development

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at our hotel in Sussex. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with corporate clients, and working closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Grow new business revenue by 15% within the first year
- Increase sales conversion rates by 20%
- Improve customer satisfaction ratings by 25%
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is up to £55,000 plus bonus and discounts across the hotel group. The successful candidate will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
