Customer Service Director

Booker Limited is seeking a Customer Service Director to lead our store teams and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and sales growth, with experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
As a Store Manager at Booker Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, meeting sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, manage budgets, and control costs.
A competitive salary of £55,000-£75,000 per annum is available for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their best.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants and other support staff
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and meet sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Control costs and manage budgets
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar retail management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with budgeting and cost control
• Valid driving license (essential)
