Job Title: Health Visitor Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Health Visitor Consultant to join our Healthy Child Programme 0-19 Telford Service. The post will be for the Community First Team, dedicated to delivering universal and preventative interventions. The successful candidate will need to be flexible as they may work with children and families who require safeguarding responses.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and families in Telford and Wrekin. As a Health Visitor Consultant, you will lead and work within a skill-mixed team to deliver allocated components of the Healthy Child Programme. Your role will involve working in partnership with partner agencies and providers to promote and enhance the health and well-being of children and families.

You must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post. This is an ideal position for a motivated individual with experience of working with children, young people, and families. You should have the ability to lead and work within a skill-mixed team and deliver allocated components of the Healthy Child Programme.

Key Responsibilities

The estimated salary for this position is £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience. We are committed to ensuring people who work for the community trust have a good working life - and a good work life/home life balance.
