Assistant New Product Developer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant New Product Developer to join our dynamic and fast-growing FMCG company, Amelia Knight Cosmetics Ltd.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the development of new cosmetic and skincare products. The successful candidate will work closely with our project management team to deliver projects to our worldwide customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brief in and review CADs and sample artwork
  • Support with briefing in design amends, arranging product and cosmetic samples, sample management, and helping with cosmetic colour selection
  • Work closely with in-house chemists to develop skincare and colour cosmetic formulations
  • Liaise with suppliers and sourcing
  • Review technical issues and communicate with the regulatory team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a keen interest in cosmetics and skincare, with a creative eye and good problem-solving skills. You will also have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work intuitively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
