Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Specialist to join our team at 83zero. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers deploy and use our cybersecurity products in various environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with our software developers to understand product features and to pass on insights into how they are used by our customers in the real world.
  • Investigate bug reports by attempting to reproduce, diagnose, and, where relevant, fix issues that people run into.
  • Liaise with technical product managers to help prioritize software development work, championing the customer's perspective.
  • Work with our client's technical product specialist team to provide expert support to customers.

**Requirements**

  • A degree in either Computer Science, Science, or Mathematics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for technology and a fast learner able to absorb information about a very broad range of technical topics.
  • Customer service skills and a positive, can-do outlook.
