About the Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security for our residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and social activities.
  • Identify and report any concerns or signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and participate in safeguarding training and activities.
