Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of excellence in clinical and administrative arrangements, training, and care planning
  • Organize and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality care
  • Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of residents
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with CQC National Minimum Standards regulations
  • Organize and attend regular staff meetings to maintain open communication
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager
  • Hold RMA/NVQ5 or equivalent qualification
  • Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in budgeting and recruitment
  • Passion for elderly care
